Mail limits per plan
How many addresses, aliases, linked accounts and domains each plan includes, how much mail it holds and how much it may send.

Nemi Mail belongs to you rather than to a workspace, so its limits come from your own plan, wherever you are working. A Business seat counts as your plan.

Mail storage is separate from your workspace storage and holds your Nemi Mail and the mail you import from linked accounts. Recipients count every address on a message, Cc and Bcc included. Larger files are sent as a link, see Large files and Nemi items in mail.
Limits every plan shares#
- For the first seven days after you claim your first address, you can send to at most 50 recipients a day.
- At most 20 messages a minute. Scheduled messages that fall due together go out a few at a time.
- Shares and invitations you send by email from elsewhere in Nemi (a share link, a workspace, Business, folder, document or calendar invitation, an upload link request, a new review round) leave from your primary address, appear in Sent and count here like any message you write. See Sending a share by email.
- Scheduled messages waiting for later days can add up to at most a week of your daily recipients.
- A mailbox whose mail bounces or is reported as spam far more often than ordinary mail stops sending from its Nemi addresses until support has reviewed it. Receiving keeps working.
When your plan changes#
Moving to a smaller plan keeps everything you have. Addresses and aliases beyond the new allowance keep working, but you cannot add new ones until you are under it, and linked accounts beyond it stop syncing until you unlink one. On the free plan, or with a full mailbox, new mail to your addresses is not delivered and the sender is not told, while the mail you already have is kept for when you subscribe again.
