Plans and what is in them
Every plan includes all ten apps. What changes between them is how much you may store, send, convert and share. The full table is here.

Every plan gives you every app: Files, Docs, Sheets, Canvas, Forms, Calendar, Gallery, Meet, Beam and Rooms, plus Vault and Trace. Nothing is a separate purchase. What a plan buys is headroom: how much you can store, how large one file may be, how much you may upload in a month, and how far the sharing, conversion and meeting limits go.

Paying yearly costs about ten months instead of twelve. Business is billed monthly and includes 2 seats, the owner and one other, with extra seats at 19 euro a month each.

Storage is what you hold right now. The monthly figure is how much you may send us in a calendar month, and deleting something does not give it back.

Emails counted here are the ones Nemi sends on your behalf when you share by email. Copying a link and sending it yourself costs nothing.

A conversion costs units by weight: a video is 5 units, audio 2, an image or document 1, multiplied by how many output formats you asked for. Converting is not available on the free plan.

Photo resolution is the longest edge a photo is stored at. Ten people is the ceiling on every plan, because a Meet call connects everyone directly to everyone else rather than through a server.
The same on every plan#
Which plan should I start on?
Start free, and let the thing that stops you choose the plan. If it is a file that will not upload, look at the largest single file row. If it is space, look at storage. If it is a client who needs a link that does not expire, that is Pro.
Do the limits belong to me or to the workspace?
To you. Everything uploaded into a workspace counts against the plan of the person who owns that workspace, and everyone in it works under that person's limits. See Storage and what counts towards it.
Can I go over my storage without changing plan?
On a paid plan, yes. Auto-extend charges 1 cent per GB above your plan, up to a spend limit you set. See More storage and auto-extend.
Is there a trial?
The free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. If you upgrade and change your mind, EU and EEA consumers have 14 days to withdraw, described in Invoices, payment and VAT.
