- Is Nemi free to use?
- Yes. The free plan includes 15 GB of storage with no credit card required: 10 GB to start, and 5 GB more as you finish the six setup steps. Paid plans add more storage, conversions and compressions.
- How long do shared files stay available?
- On the free plan a file is deleted 30 days after it was uploaded, or 30 days after a paid plan ended, whichever is later, so leaving a paid plan always gives everything already stored a full 30 days. On every paid plan, files never expire.
- What happens when my storage runs out?
- On a paid plan you can switch auto-extend on. Storage then grows past your plan at €0.01 per GB, and you only pay for what you use. You set a spend limit, uploads stop when you reach it, and it stays off until you turn it on. The free plan has a fixed 15 GB.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. There are no contracts. Downgrade, pause or cancel with one click from your workspace.
- Where are my files stored?
- Files are encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the EU, with password protected share links available on every plan.
