Convert files in your workspace, or convert something you attached and hand it straight back as a download.
Images
Edit a picture itself: an exact size in pixels, a crop or a ratio, a round avatar, rotate and mirror, borders, black and white, brightness, contrast and blur, a caption or a watermark, and a target such as under 200 KB. Up to 20 at once, and the original is never touched.
Sharing
Make, change and revoke share links with a password, an expiry and a download limit, and make upload links for people to send you files.
Docs
Create, read and rewrite documents, add images, publish and unpublish, and edit the document you have open while you watch.
Sheets
Create and read spreadsheets, fill cells, and edit the sheet you have open live.
Forms
Build a form, add questions, publish it, and read the responses back to you.
Canvas
Create boards, read them and add to them.
Gallery
Search photos by what is in them, make albums and add to them, favourite, trash and restore, and look at a photo you point it to.
Search your Nemi Mail, read a conversation and sum it up, list what people need from you with the sentence each ask came from, and put a reply in Drafts for you to send. In Mail itself it also suggests replies and answers a question about your mail from the messages it found. It never sends mail itself.

Read your day or week, and create, move and delete events in the calendars you keep in Nemi.

Set up a meeting and give you the link, list the ones you have, and remove one.

Open a room for a client, put files in it and archive it when the project ends.
Beam
Offer files for pickup on another device, with a code to scan, and check what has arrived for you.
Folio
Update your public page: profile, sections, links, theme and projects.
Settings
Change your profile, appearance, accessibility and notification settings, rename a workspace you own or change its colour, and tell you where anything else is changed.
Help and the web
Search the help centre and answer how something works, with the article it came from, and search the web when an answer depends on current facts, like a price, opening hours or the news, naming the pages it used.
Sandbox
On Max and Business: for work no button does, write and run a small program of its own, look at the result, and hand you the file. A5 onto A4 with bleed, clips into one video, tables out of a report.

A helping hand. You keep the wheel. It acts as you and never as more, it shows every action it took, and one press puts a whole turn back.
It already knows where you are
It sees the folder you are in, the files you have selected and the document you have open, so "convert these" means the ones you ticked. You do not have to explain your screen to it.

Every action is checked against your own role in the workspace it touches, exactly as if you had clicked it yourself. If you can only view something, it can only view it too, and it tells you why.
One press puts it back
When it changes things, a line under its answer says how many and offers to restore everything from before. Renames, moves, new files and trashed files all go back in one go.
Undo is per turn, not per click.
A turn is everything from the message you sent to the answer you got. A sort that made four folders and moved two hundred files is one press, and the record of it is kept for 30 days. Anything that genuinely cannot go back is counted on the line, never quietly left out.

Nemi AI asks before guessing
Before anything that deletes, shares or overwrites, a short question beats a confident mistake. Nemi AI never asks twice for something you already told it.
Words in your files are not orders
Text inside a document, a filename, a form answer or a photo is something it reads, never an instruction it follows. The only person who can tell it what to do is you.
It stays on your work
It is here for your files, documents, sheets, forms, photos, mail and calendar. It will not write software for you, give legal or medical advice, or pretend to be a general chatbot. The code it does write is its own, for work on your files.

What it is sent
- 01What you typed, and the rest of that conversation.
- 02The results of what it did for you, which contain your data: file and folder names, the text of a document you asked about, the cells of a sheet, a form's answers, the mail you asked it about.
- 03The names of what you have open and selected when you send a message, so it knows what "this" is.
- 04A re-encoded copy of any picture you attach or ask it to look at, without its location or camera details. Never the original.
What it never is
- Your password, your payment details or your session.
- Anything in a Vault. It is encrypted on your device with a key we have never held, so there is nothing there to read.
- Anything from a Google, Outlook or ICS calendar you connected. That is out of reach by design, and a check in our build fails if that ever changes.
- Mail from a Gmail account you linked to Nemi Mail through Google. The assistant cannot open it, search it or sum it up, as section 6.4 of the privacy policy promises.
- Anything at all until you open it and send a message. It does not read your storage on its own.
Where it runs.
The language model runs on Google's Vertex AI inside the EU, with Microsoft Azure in the EU as the backup when Google is full. The request gets there through OpenRouter's gateway in the EU, which is not allowed to send it anywhere else and keeps no log of it. OpenRouter is a company in the United States, and we would rather tell you that than let you find it in a table.
Nobody trains on it.
Not us, and not them. Every request forbids training and requires zero data retention, so the host keeps nothing of your message or the answer once it has replied.
Nemi AI only acts when you ask.
Nemi does not send anything to an AI company on its own. Leave the assistant closed and nothing goes anywhere.

On every plan, the free one included, you can connect the assistant you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and let it work in your workspace: find a file, draft a document, fill a sheet. It signs in through a Nemi page where you press Allow, with no keys to copy and nothing to install.
It gets exactly what you have and your plan's own limits, every edit it makes is marked as the AI in the document's history, and you can cut it off in Settings at any moment. What it does with your content is between you and the company that makes it, which is why we never connect one for you.
