Nemi is ten apps on one account, built in the Netherlands by GuusLab. Everything you see, from the Rust engine to this sentence, comes from the same desk.
Why the tools
stopped fitting.
Sending a client a cut of a video means a storage tab, a compression tab, a transfer tab and a converter with pop-ups. None of those products want to be a file tool. They want to be an assistant, a CRM, a presentation product, a replay service, and the file is the thing they moved on from.
The same happened one level up. The suite everybody uses is ten products that were bought at different times and never made into one thing, and the price of using them is that a project lives in four places and nobody can find it on a Monday.
Nemi went the other way. One shell, one workspace, one account, and the apps built on top of it: files, documents, sheets, a canvas, forms, a calendar, a photo library, meetings, client rooms and a way to move a file between two devices. We built it because we were tired of using our own work.
What we hold to.
One surface, ten faces
Every app renders through the same shell, the same workspace switcher, the same share menu and the same keyboard. That is why a studio of one can build ten of them and why they feel like one product rather than a bundle.
The device does the work where it can
Photos are read and compressed in your browser. Calls go browser to browser. Vault folders are encrypted before they leave you. Each of those cost more to build than the version that runs on our servers.
Your files are yours
Never trained on, never sold, never read by us to build something else. Nemi AI reads a file when you ask it to and not otherwise, an assistant of your own reaches your workspace only if you connect one, and whichever it was, its edits are marked as the assistant's rather than as yours.
One price, no upsells
Passwords, expiry, upload links, branding, conversion and compression are not tiers. We charge for storage and scale, not for switching features on.
Specific, including when we were wrong
The privacy policy names the columns and says where a previous version of it was inaccurate. It is written to be read rather than survived.
Boringly stable
No breaking changes for their own sake and no surprise pivots. The tools you run a studio on should work the same way in three years.
