Sending links from your own domain
Point a subdomain you own at Nemi so every link you send reads share.yourcompany.com instead of nemilab.com.

On Creator and up you can connect a domain you own, and the links your workspace sends are served from it: share.yourcompany.com/d/... instead of nemilab.com/d/.... It covers share links, upload links, published documents, forms, embeds and rooms. Signing in and the app itself stay on nemilab.com.
Use a subdomain, not your bare domain#
Pick something like share.yourcompany.com, files.yourcompany.com or dl.yourcompany.com. A bare domain such as yourcompany.com cannot be pointed at Nemi with the record this needs, and pointing your bare domain here would take your website down. A subdomain you are not using for anything else is the right choice.
Connecting it#

Open the workspace switcher and manage the workspace
At the top of the sidebar. The Domain tab is next to General, Limits and Members, and only the workspace owner sees it.

Type the subdomain and press Add domain
Nemi then shows you two DNS records to create.

Create both records at your DNS provider
A TXT record that proves the domain is yours, and a CNAME record that sends visitors to Nemi. Copy the values exactly.

Press Check DNS
If either record is not visible yet, wait and press it again: DNS changes usually spread within minutes but can take up to an hour. As soon as this passes, new links use your domain.

Wait a few seconds for Live
Nemi opens your domain once in the background to set up the HTTPS certificate, and the tab then reads Live. If it still says Setting up, press Check again.
The two records#

Many DNS panels add your domain to whatever you type in the name field, so entering the full name can produce a doubled one. Check what the panel shows after saving.
What happens to links you already sent#
Nothing. Links created before you connected the domain keep their nemilab.com address and keep working. New links use your domain from the moment it goes live. The same is true in reverse: if you disconnect the domain, or your plan stops including it, every link falls back to nemilab.com and none of them break.
What stays on nemilab.com#
Signing in, your dashboard, settings, workspace invitations and your Nemi card. Your domain serves the pages you send to other people and nothing else, which is deliberate: a Nemi sign-in screen should never appear on somebody else's domain.
