Sharing
Branding your share page
Your workspace name, icon and colour on the page a client opens, plus the QR code and watermarks.
On this page
The page behind a share link carries your workspace rather than ours: its name, its icon and its colour, at the top of the page and in the browser tab. There is no separate branding screen to fill in, because the workspace you shared from is the brand.
Your icon and name sit where our logo would be, and the accent colour follows the workspace.
Setting the name, icon and colour#
- 1
Open the workspace switcher
At the top of the sidebar, then choose to manage the workspace.
- 2
General
Press the square icon to upload a logo, type the name, and pick the colour from the hue strip. The name is what a visitor reads above "shares files with you".
- 3
Save
Existing links pick it up immediately. There is nothing to re-send.
Use a square image with generous padding: it is drawn small, and it doubles as the favicon of the share page. On Max and Business the icon can be a GIF or a short video, and it loops everywhere it appears.
The title and message on the page#
The share name is the heading, so write it for the client rather than for your file system: "Campaign delivery, week 32" reads better than "final_v7_REAL". The description under More becomes the paragraph beneath it, and it is a good place for what to do next, what is missing, or when the rest follows. Both can be rewritten later in the link manager without changing the link.

Custom branding means your logo and colours on shared download pages. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
The QR code#
As soon as a link is created, the share panel shows it as a QR code beside the URL, drawn in your workspace colour. Hover or tap it to export it as an SVG or a PNG. The SVG is the one to give a designer: it scales to a poster, a delivery note or a packing slip without going soft.
Watermarks#
Switching on Watermark under More stamps your workspace name diagonally across images on that link, tiled edge to edge. It is baked into the pixels on the server, so it is on the preview and on the file the recipient downloads: a watermarked link never hands out a clean original. It applies to images only, not to video, audio or PDFs, and it is decided when the link is created rather than afterwards. If you do not see the option, it has not been switched on for your account yet.
